Delete your BLUGGI account

Applies to the BLUGGI, BLUGGI Team and BLUGGI Client apps, and to app.bluggi.com. Published by Cravero Robotics LLC.

You can delete your account and all its data yourself, at any time, from inside BLUGGI. No email or phone call needed.

How to delete your account (business owner)

  1. Open the BLUGGI app or go to app.bluggi.com and sign in with your email and password.
  2. In the left menu, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account (below "Log out"). You can also open app.bluggi.com/account/delete directly.
  3. Read the summary, type DELETE in the box and tap Delete my account forever.
  4. Confirm the last warning. Your subscription is cancelled and the account is deleted immediately.

If you can't sign in, request a password reset from the login screen first. If that fails, email hello@bluggi.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 48 hours.

Team members and clients

  • BLUGGI Team (technicians): your access is created by the business owner. Ask the owner to remove you from Settings → Team, or email hello@bluggi.com. Removing a team member deletes their login and personal data; job records stay with the business.
  • BLUGGI Client: the client portal does not create an account of its own — it gives you access to the estimates and invoices a business sent you. To have your contact details removed, ask that business or email hello@bluggi.com.

What is deleted

Immediately, when you confirm:

  • Your account and login (email, name, phone, password).
  • Your business profile and all team-member users.
  • All clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, voice recordings and photos stored in BLUGGI.
  • Your subscription in Stripe (cancelled, no further charges).

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment records for your BLUGGI subscription (receipts, invoices, last 4 digits of the card) are kept by our payment processor Stripe as required by tax and accounting law, for up to 7 years. We never store full card numbers.
  • Encrypted backups of our database may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten. Backups are never restored into the live system except in a disaster-recovery event.
  • Server logs (IP address, timestamps, no content) are kept for up to 90 days for security purposes.

Eliminar tu cuenta de BLUGGI

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos sus datos tú mismo, cuando quieras, desde adentro de BLUGGI. Sin emails ni llamadas.

Cómo eliminar tu cuenta (dueño del negocio)

  1. Abre la app BLUGGI o entra a app.bluggi.com con tu email y contraseña.
  2. En el menú de la izquierda, baja hasta el final y toca Eliminar mi cuenta (debajo de "Cerrar sesión"). También puedes abrir directo app.bluggi.com/account/delete.
  3. Lee el resumen, escribe ELIMINAR en el campo y toca Eliminar mi cuenta para siempre.
  4. Confirma el último aviso. Tu suscripción se cancela y la cuenta se elimina en el momento.
Eliminar mi cuenta

Si no puedes iniciar sesión, primero pide un cambio de contraseña desde la pantalla de login. Si eso falla, escríbenos a hello@bluggi.com desde el email de la cuenta y la eliminamos por ti en menos de 48 horas.

Técnicos y clientes

  • BLUGGI Team (técnicos): tu acceso lo crea el dueño del negocio. Pídele que te quite desde Ajustes → Equipo, o escribe a hello@bluggi.com. Al quitar a un técnico se borran su login y sus datos personales; los registros de trabajos quedan con el negocio.
  • BLUGGI Client: el portal de clientes no crea una cuenta propia — te da acceso a las cotizaciones y facturas que un negocio te envió. Para que borren tus datos de contacto, pídeselo a ese negocio o escribe a hello@bluggi.com.

Qué se elimina

En el momento, al confirmar:

  • Tu cuenta y tu login (email, nombre, teléfono, contraseña).
  • El perfil de tu negocio y todos los usuarios de tu equipo.
  • Todos los clientes, trabajos, cotizaciones, facturas, notas, grabaciones de voz y fotos guardadas en BLUGGI.
  • Tu suscripción en Stripe (cancelada, sin más cobros).

Qué se conserva y por cuánto tiempo

  • Registros de pago de tu suscripción a BLUGGI (recibos, facturas, últimos 4 dígitos de la tarjeta) los conserva nuestro procesador Stripe según exige la ley fiscal y contable, hasta 7 años. Nunca guardamos números de tarjeta completos.
  • Copias de seguridad cifradas de nuestra base de datos pueden contener tus datos hasta 30 días después de la eliminación; luego se sobrescriben. Nunca se restauran al sistema en vivo salvo en un evento de recuperación ante desastres.
  • Logs del servidor (dirección IP, fecha y hora, sin contenido) se conservan hasta 90 días por seguridad.
